摘 要:液压支架是综采工作面三机配套设备之一,液压系统的性能指标在液压支架工作中发挥着重要作用。对ZF6000/20/40D型液压支架工作原理进行了介绍,利用AMESim16.0软件搭建了该液压支架及液压系统的仿真模型,并对该液压支架的升柱、降柱做了仿真分析。仿真结果表明,在一定范围内,随着液压泵流量的增大,液压支架的升柱时间减少,降柱时间基本不受影响;随着主回液管路直径的增大,液压支架的降柱时间减少,升柱时间基本不受影响。可为液压系统的参数优化设计奠定一定的基础。Hydraulic support is one of the three machines supporting equipment in fully mechanized mining face. The performance index of hydraulic system plays an important role in the work of hydraulic support. Introduced the working principle of the ZF6000/20/40D hydraulic support,the simulation models of the hydraulic support and hydraulic system were built by AMESim16.0 software, and the lifting column and the falling column of the hydraulic support were simulated and analyzed. The simulation results show that the lifting time of the hydraulic support decreases with the increase of the flow rate of the hydraulic pump in a certain range, and the falling time of the hydraulic support is basically unaffected;with the increase of the diameter of the main return pipeline,the falling time of the hydraulic support is reduced,and the lifting time of the hydraulic support is basically unaffected. It can lay a certain foundation for parameter optimization design of hydraulic system.
