摘 要:针对斜齿轮高速重载复杂工况、疲劳寿命要求高等问题,以某斜齿轮传动为研究对象,分析斜齿轮动态啮合接触特性;建立斜齿轮传动三维模型,运用专业齿轮仿真软件KISSsoft对斜齿轮等效应力、接触应力、接触刚度、瞬时温度等动态啮合接触特性参数进行仿真分析。仿真结果表明:随着主动斜齿轮旋转角增加,啮合斜齿面接触应力呈现先增加后减小、再增加最后减小的趋势;沿着齿宽方向呈现先增加后减小的趋势;接触刚度呈现周期性变化趋势;瞬时温度呈现双波峰的变化趋势。为斜齿轮动态啮合接触特性的改善、疲劳寿命的增加提供了理论依据。Aiming at the problems of high-speed and heavy-duty complex working conditions and high fatigue life requirements of the helical gear, a helical gear transmission has been taken as the research object, and the dynamic meshing contact characteristics of the helical gear have been analyzed. The three-dimensional model of the helical gear transmission has been established, and the dynamic meshing contact characteristic parameters such as gear equivalent stress, contact stress, contact stiffness and instantaneous temperature were simulated and analyzed by the professional gear simulation software KISSsoft. The simulation results show that as the rotation angle of the active helical gear increases, the contact stress of the meshed helical tooth surface shows the trend of increases first and then decreases and last increases;shows the trend of decreases first and then decreases along the tooth width direction;the contact stiffness shows a cyclical change trend;the instantaneous temperature shows a change trend of double peaks. It provides a theoretical basis for the dynamic meshing contact characteristics improvement and the fatigue life increase of the helical gear.
