摘　　要：世界经济的发展经验表明,大型企业在国家经济发展与现代化的进程中越来越重要并发挥着主导性作用。改革开放以来,中国经济持续快速增长,创造了世界经济史上的奇迹,中国大企业的发展也可以说创造了奇迹。美国《财富》杂志发布2019年世界500强排行榜中,有129家来自中国,历史上首次超过美国。2019中国企业500强营业收入总额超过79万亿元,创下了历史新高。通过研究高速发展背景下中国大企业发展及其产业效应表明:中国大企业具有股权集中产生企业绩效提升效应;市场配置企业要素的空间效应;促进地区增长收敛效应;加强区域财富增长的财富效应。The experience of the world economy shows that large-scale enterprises are more and more important and play a leading role in national economic development and modernization.Since the reform and opening up,China’s economy has continued to grow rapidly,creating a miracle in the history of the world economy,and the development of China’s large enterprises is also marvelous.In the list of the world’s top 500 in 2019 released by Fortune magazine in the United States,129 enterprises are from China,surpassing the United States for the first time.The same year also saw a total operating revenue of more than 79 trillion Yuan from the top500 Chinese enterprises,hitting a record high.This paper studies the development and industrial effect of large enterprises in China against the background of the high-speed development of the country in general.The results show that large enterprises in China have the effect of enhancing corporate performance due to the concentration of equity,the leverage effect of market allocation of enterprise elements,the effect of promoting regional growth convergence,and the wealth effect of strengthening regional wealth growth.
