摘 要:文章将基于关联故障矩阵来改进Markov模型,引入回扣机制量化不同故障引发变电设备失效的严重程度,融合缺陷相关系数、检修率、回扣等作为检修决策评价的权值,以构建最优检修策略;同时,结合设备状态数据采集、共享及检修评价的需求,采用B/S开发模式,采用Struts2+EJB3开发技术,运用MyEclipse6.5作为技术开发平台,搭建系统整体架构;最后,经过不同检修决策评价方法的仿真实验,验证了该系统的应用可行性,利用故障之间的关联信息,有助于增加相关故障的检修率,提升变电设备的检修效率。In this paper,the Markov model is improved based on the associated fault matrix,and the rebate mechanism is introduced to quantify the severity of the failure of substation equipment caused by different faults.The defect correlation coefficient,maintenance rate and rebate are integrated as the weights of maintenance decision-making evaluation to build the optimal maintenance strategy.At the same time,the B/s development mode is adopted in combination with the requirements of equipment status data collection,sharing and maintenance evaluation,Using struts 2+EJB3 development technology and MyEclipse 6.5 as the technology development platform,the overall architecture of the system is built.Finally,through the simulation experiments of different maintenance decision-making and evaluation methods,the application feasibility of the system is verified.Using the correlation information between faults,it is helpful to increase the maintenance rate of related faults and improve the maintenance efficiency of substation equipment.
