摘 要:锅炉吹管是新建火电机组调试过程中的一个重要环节,然而目前还缺乏大容量双切圆锅炉吹管工艺的详细描述及分析。本文结合现场调试过程,对1000MW机组双切圆锅炉稳压吹管、降压吹管相结合的过热器再热器一段吹管工艺,尤其是每个阶段主要控制参数的调整及其对介质温度和管壁温度的影响进行了全程描述和深入分析。吹管过程表明:此次1000MW机组双切圆锅炉吹管工艺设计合理,各参数控制优良,靶板检验合格,满足吹管标准,可为同类型机组锅炉吹管提供参考。Pipe-blowing is an important part of debugging process for newly built power unit.However,there was a lack of detailed description and analysis for pipe-blowing technology for large-capacity eight-square dual tangential boilers.Against this,combined with the debugging process,full description and deep analysis for the one-stage superheater and reheater with the combination of stable-pressure and reduced-pressure pipe-blowing technology from the 1000 MW unit dual tangential boiler were carried out in this paper,especially for the influence of main control parameters adjustment in each stage on medium temperature and tube wall temperature.The pipeblowing process shows that,the process design of this 1000 MW unit dual tangential boiler is reasonable,the control of each parameter is excellent,the target plate is qualified,and the pipe-blowing standard is met.Through detailed record and in-depth analysis of the main parameters of the whole process of pipe-blowing,the key operation points of the pressure-reducing blowpipe and pressure-stabilizing pipe are highlighted.The result can provide better reference significance for pipe-blowing technology of the similar boilers.
