摘　　要：近年来,过敏性紫癜发病率逐年增加,中医对于过敏性紫癜的认识由来已久,治疗上具有独特的优势,取得了较好的临床疗效。文章通过对本病病因病机的认识进行总结归纳,阐述中医内治、中医外治、针灸及穴位贴敷在过敏性紫癜的治疗进展,为临床医师治疗和研究过敏性紫癜提供参考。In recent years,the incidence of allergic purpura has been increasing year by year.The understanding of allergic purpura in traditional Chinese medicine has a long history.TCM has unique advantages in the treatment and has achieved good clinical effect.Based on the understanding of the etiology and pathogenesis of this disease,this paper expounds the progress of TCM internal treatment,TCM external treatment,acupuncture and acupoint application in allergic purpura,providing basis and new thinking for clinicians to treat and study allergic purpura.
