加味增液承气汤治疗便秘32例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察加味增液承气汤治疗骨质疏松性脊椎压缩骨折后便秘的临床疗效。方法:收集收治的骨质疏松性脊椎压缩骨折后便秘的患者67例,随机分为对照组(35例)和观察组(32例)。在常规治疗基础上对照组予四磨汤口服,观察组予加味增液承气汤口服。观察两组患者排便时间及症状评分。结果:观察组患者治疗总有效率(93.75%)高于对照组(82.86%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组首次排便时间及症状评分少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:加味增液承气汤能促进排便,对骨质疏松性脊椎压缩骨折后便秘有较好的临床疗效。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Jiawei Zengye Chengqi decoction in the treatment of constipation after osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture.Methods 67 patients with constipation after osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture in our hospital were collected.and they were randomly divided into control group(35 cases)and observation group(32 cases).The control group were given conventional therapy and Simo Decoction,and the observation group were given conventional treatment and Jiawei Zengye Chengqi Decoction.Results the difference of first defecation time and the symptom score between two groups.Results:The effective rate of the observation group(93.75%)was higher than that the control group(82.86%),The first defecation time and the symptom score of the observation group were less than those of the control group,with statistically significant.Conclusion The Jiawei Zengye Chengqi Decoction have good clinical curative effect on postoperative constipation of lumbar spinal stenosis,because it can promote anorectal defecation.
