摘 要:通过分析实船测试的测试数据,比较3500方绞吸船水下泥泵轴系稳定工况和启动工况下轴系的性能,并通过实船数据进行有限元计算,比较两者之间的受力性能。结果表明,泵轴所承受的最大转矩至少为满负荷时的6.5倍,泵轴启动时瞬间载荷较大,泵轴的最危险截面位于轴头轴肩处。By analyzing the test data of the real ship test,the performance of the shafting under the stable working condition and the starting condition of the underwater mud pump system of the 3000 square winch suction ship is comPared,and the finite element calculation is carried out through the real ship data to comPare the mechanical performance between the two.The results show that the maximum torque of the pump shaft is at least 6.5 times that of the full load,the instantaneous load of the pump shaft is large when the pump shaft is started,and the most dangerous section of the pump shaft is located at the shoulder of the shaft head shaft.
