摘　　要：针对采煤机中镐形截齿存在的失效问题,对截齿的构造和失效的形式进行了分析,通过研究截齿受力的构成,运用软件对各个工况下截齿所受应力的特点及失效的机理进行研究,并提出针对性的措施来改良截齿的结构,以期为截齿的研发、选用及维护提供可靠的依据。Aiming at the failure problems of pick cutter in shearer, the paper analyzes the structure and failure form of the cutter, studies the stress characteristics and failure mechanism of the cutter under various working conditions, and puts forward some measures to improve the structure of the cutter in order to provide reliable basis for the research,selection and maintenance of the cutter.
