摘  要:为探讨新型抗生素类杀虫剂甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐(简称甲维盐,Emamectin benzoate,EMB)对海洋桡足类动物产生的生物效应,研究了EMB对海洋浮游桡足类火腿伪镖水蚤(Pseudodiaptomus poplesia)的急、慢性毒性效应。结果表明:火腿伪镖水蚤对EMB反应敏感,EMB对成体的96h-LC50和24h-EC50分别为22.9和16.5 ng/mL;急性毒性试验(24 h)中,随着EMB暴露浓度的升高,火腿伪镖水蚤呼吸率呈现先上升后下降的趋势;抗氧化系统中的氧化酶GPx、CAT及SOD的含量均发生显著变化;慢性毒性试验(30 d)中,随着EMB暴露浓度的升高,无节幼虫和桡足幼体的存活率和发育率明显降低;低浓度(0.02~0.1 ng/mL)EMB对孵化率和发育时间具有促进作用,而高浓度(1~2 ng/mL)EMB则对其有抑制作用,当浓度达到2 ng/mL时,桡足幼体几乎无法存活;EMB暴露会导致桡足类的种群繁衍能力明显下降。Emamectin benzoate (EMB) has been widely used in agriculture and aquaculture at home and abroad as an effective antibiotic pesticide.The acute and chronic toxicity of EMB to non-target planktonic marine copepods Pseudodiaptomus poplesia was determined.P.poplesiais was sensitive to EMB,and the 96 h-LC50 and 24 h-EC50 values was 22.9 ng/mL and 16.5 ng/mL,respectively.A 24 h acute test with adult P.poplesia showed significant changes in respiration rate and oxidase contents (GSH-Px,CAT and SOD).The respiration rate increased significantly at low EMB concentration,and then declined apparently at high EMB concentrations.As shown in a 30-days chronic full life-cycle test,nauplii and copepodid exposed to 0-2 ng/mL EMB exhibited a reduction in survival rate and successful developmental rate with the concentration increase.Development and hatchability of P.poplesia were significantly promoted at 0.02~0.1 ng/mL and inhibited at 1~2 ng/mL.Copepodid could not survive at 2 ng/mL.The results suggested that exposure to EMB can significantly reduce the reproductive capacity of P.poplesia population.
