摘 要:为封堵红河长8油藏的直通型水窜裂缝,研制了酚醛树脂冻胶。冻胶成胶时间30~60 h,通过强酸弱碱盐的用量进行调控;冻胶强度取决于聚丙烯酰胺和水溶性酚醛树脂用量,聚丙烯酰胺质量分数>0.4%、水溶性酚醛树脂质量分数>0.4%,可形成弹性模量>10 Pa的强冻胶。在冻胶中加入0.1%纳米SiO 2颗粒稳定剂,可使体系在70℃、180 d脱水率低于4%,弹性模量保持10 Pa以上。封堵模拟实验表明,在直径<1 mm的细管中冻胶突破压力梯度>2 MPa/m,在冻胶中加入粒径为180~200目的2%~4%交联聚合物颗粒没有起到提高突破压力梯度的作用。In order to plug the straight water channeling fractures in Chang 8 reservoir of Honghe Oilfield,a phenolic resin gel was developed.The gelation time of the gel is 30~60 h,which is regulated by the amount of strong acid weak base salt;the strength of the gel depends on the amount of polyacrylamide and water-soluble phenolic resin,when the mass fraction of polyacrylamide is more than 0.4%and the mass fraction of water-soluble phenolic resin is more than 0.4%,a strong gel with elastic modulus more than 10 Pa can be formed.When 0.1%nano-SiO 2 particle stabilizer is added to the gel,the dehydration rate of the system can be lower than 4%at 70℃and 180 days and the elastic modulus can be maintained above 10 Pa.The plugging simulation experiment shows that the breakthrough pressure gradient of the gel is greater than 2 MPa/m in the tube with diameter less than 1 mm,and the addition of 2%~4%cross-linked polymer particles with size of 180~200 mesh in the gel does not improve the breakthrough pressure gradient.
