摘　　要：[目的]介绍一种用于头盆环牵引术中的髂骨克氏针导向器,并通过临床研究对该导向器的应用意义进行评价分析。[方法]选取2014年1月~2019年4月入住本院的24例极重度脊柱侧后凸患者,随机分为两组,试验组用髂骨克氏针导向器进行穿针,对照组用传统徒手穿针,对其临床应用准确性、并发症、住院时间等进行评价分析。[结果]导向器组穿针次数、进针偏离角度、偏离距离、手术时间、住院时间均显著优于徒手组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]髂骨克氏针导向器设计合理,能保证髂骨穿针的准确性及缩短手术时间。[Objective]To introduce a novel guider of pin placement for helo-pelvic traction and evaluate its application value by a clinical trial.[Methods]A total of 24 patients who were undergoing helo-pelvic traction for severe scoliosis in our hospital in 2017 were randomly divided into two groups.Of them,12 patients recieved pelvic pin placement by the guider,while the remaining 12 patients had pin placed by free-hand technique.Relative perioperative documentations were compared between the two groups.[Results]The guider group proved significantly superior to the free-hand group regarding to times of pin puncture,angle deviation and distance deviation of pin placement,as well as operation time and hospital stay(P<0.05).[Conclusion]This novel guider of pin placement for helo-pelvic traction is designed reasonably,does ensure the accuracy of pin insertion and reduce the operation time.
