消炎镇痛膏治疗留置针相关老年静脉炎的疗效

摘　　要：目的探究消炎镇痛膏治疗留置针相关静脉炎的疗效。方法回顾性分析2015年1月-2018年1月经郑州市中医院诊治的留置针相关静脉炎老年患者71例的临床资料,根据治疗方法的不同分为研究组32例和对照组39例。对照组患者给予50%硫酸镁溶液20 ml浸湿无菌纱布后湿敷患处治疗,研究组患者给予消炎镇痛膏外贴患处治疗。采用焦虑自评量表(Self-rating anxiety scale,SAS)和抑郁自评量表(Self-rating depression scale,SDS)对患者焦虑抑郁情绪进行评价。观察两组治疗前后SDS、SAS评分的变化,比较两组临床疗效及红肿、疼痛等症状消失时间。结果治疗后,研究组疗效优于对照组(P=0.046);研究组患者疼痛消退时间和红肿消退时间分别为(1.24±0.26)d和(2.15±0.17)d短于对照组(P<0.001);研究组患者治疗后SDS、SAS评分分别为(41.45±13.27)分和(41.02±14.18)分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论消炎镇痛膏治疗留置针静脉输液致感染性静脉炎的疗效较好,可改善患者焦虑抑郁情绪,具有一定的临床价值。OBJECTIVE To explore the therapeutic effect of Xiaoyan Analgesic Ointment on infectious phlebitis induced by indwelling needle infusion.METHODS Retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 71 elderly patients with indwelling needle-associated Phlebitis diagnosed and treated by Zhengzhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from Jan.2015 to Jan.2018 were carried out.According to different treatment methods,there were 32 cases in the study group and 39 cases in the control group.Patients in the control group received treatment of sterile gauze wet compress soaked with 20 ml of 50%magnesium sulfate solution,while patients in the study group were treated with anti-inflammatory and analgesic ointment.The anxiety and depression of patients were evaluated by self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS).The changes of SDS and SAS scores before and after treatment were observed,and the clinical efficacy and the disappearance time of symptoms such as swelling and pain were compared between the two groups.RESULTS After treatment,the effect of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group(P=0.046).The pain subsidence time and swelling subsidence time in the study group were(1.24±0.26)D and(2.15±0.17)D,respectively,significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.001),while the SDS and SAS scores in the study group were respectively(41.45±13.27)and(41.02±14.18)after the treatment,significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).CONCLUSION Xiaoyan Analgesic Ointment is effective in treating infectious phlebitis caused by indwelling needle intravenous infusion,which can improve anxiety and depression,and has a certain clinical value.
