摘  要:利用二维蜂窝晶格介质柱型光子晶体,设计一种带有微腔结构的光子晶体偏振分束器.采用平面波展开法计算该结构的光子带隙,并使用时域有限差分法得到其电场分布图和透射率,进一步分析所设计器件的消光比.结果表明:所设计的偏振分束器在波长1550 nm处实现了横电(TE)模和横磁(TM)模的120°偏振分离,透射率均达98%以上,偏振最高消光比分别达到29.21和19.01 dB.并且偏振分束器尺寸较小,仅为14μm×16μm,结构紧凑,满足偏振分束器易于集成、透射率高、抗干扰强等要求,在未来光学元件和集成光路中具有良好的应用前景.Designed a photonic crystal polarization beam splitter with microcavity by using two-dimensional honeycomb-lattice photonic crystals.Calculated the photonic band gap by the plane wave expansion method,and its distribution electromagnetic field and transmittance were obtained by finite difference time domain method.Analyzed the extinction ratio of the designed device.The results show that the polarizing beam splitter can achieve a wide angle of 120°split between the TE mode and the TM mode at 1550 nm.The transmittance can reach 98%at least,and the polarization extinction ratio can reach 29.21 and 19.0 dB respectively.The size of the polarization beam splitter is only 14μm×16μm.All those characteristics which satisfies the requirements of easy to integrate,high transmittance and strong anti-interference.It has a good application prospect in future optical components and integrated optics.
