摘 要:以提纯后的钠基膨润土为原料,采用四氧化三铁磁体合成磁性膨润土,通过改变合成过程中的pH值、温度、搅拌聚合时间以及改性剂用量,根据改性磁性膨润土吸附铜离子的效果,判断实验条件对改性磁性膨润土的影响.确定最佳的改性条件为合成时pH值12,合成过程温度40℃,搅拌聚合时间2.5 h,吸附时间60 min,改性剂(n Fe∶n Si=3∶1)用量30%(质量分数),产品最佳循环利用次数4次.通过扫描电镜、透射电镜、XRD和电子探针等对产品进行表征分析,结果表明改性膨润土具有较好的吸附能力,利用四氧化三铁复合可以制备出性能优良的磁改性膨润土.The purified bentonite was used as raw material to synthesize magnetic bentonite with ferroferric oxide magnetic fluid.By changing the pH value,temperature,stirring polymerization time and amount of modifier in the synthesis process,according to the effect of copper ion adsorption on modified magnetic bentonite,the influence of experimental conditions on modified magnetic bentonite was judged,and the best modification conditions were determined.The pH value of the synthesis was 12,the synthesis process temperature was 40℃,the stirring polymerization time was 2.5 h,the adsorption time was 60 min,the n Fe∶n Si=3∶1 modifier dosage is 30%(mass fraction),and the optimal recycling frequency of the product was 4.The product was characterized by scanning electron microscopy,transmission electron microscopy,XRD and electron probe.The results show that the modified bentonite has good adsorption capacity,and the magnetic bentonite with excellent performance can be prepared by using ferroferric oxide magnetic fluid.
