摘　　要：本文通过全文通读唐代医家孙思邈的著作《千金药方》《千金翼方》,整理提炼其在育儿方面的中医心理思想,通过整理发现,孙思邈在小儿科行业、优生、胎教、小儿身心发展、养育方式等方面都有丰富的论述,是分析提炼其育儿中医心理思想的重要材料,其育儿中医心理思想表现出重"初"(重视胚元肇始之初)、以身心合一为本(小儿的优生、胎教、养育乃至治疗均基于身心一体而展开)和崇尚"中和"(在小儿养育、教育方面均讲求中和)为三大特征的中医儿科心理思想。Through reading the full text of the Tang Dynasty physician SUN Si-miao’s works Qian Jin Yao Fang and Qian Jin Yi Fang, the paper analyzed the medical literatures discussing TCM pediatrics from various aspects,such as the vocation of pediatrics, better birth, prenatal education, physical and mental development of children, and nurture modes which was recorded in Qian Jin Fang, the author finds that SUN Si-miao’s psychological thoughts of TCM pediatrics had three major features: attaching importance to the origin, basing the unity of mind and body, and advocating the way of appropriateness and harmoniousness.
