摘 要:采用混凝吸附-管式膜组合工艺深度处理地表Ⅴ类水体,探讨了聚合氯化铝(PAC)投加量、粉末活性炭投加量、次氯酸钠投加量对处理效果的影响,并考察了不同工况下膜通量及进水压力的变化。结果表明,在PAC投加量为50 mg·L-1、粉末活性炭投加量为20 mg·L-1、次氯酸钠投加量为20 mg·L-1的条件下,出水总磷、COD、氨氮及SS指标在地表Ⅲ类水体的标准限值范围内。同时,增加PAC及次氯酸钠投加量可显著增大膜通量,但对进水压力的影响不同,而增加粉末活性炭投加量则加速了膜孔堵塞及污染。该系统稳定运行30 d,平均膜通量为373.79 L·m-2·h-1,平均进水压力为0.05 MPa。We used the combined process of coagulation&adsorption-tubular membrane to further treat theⅤ-class surface water(specified by the Environmental Quality Standard for Surface Water of China).Moreover,we investigated the effects of polyaluminum chloride(PAC)dosage,powdered activated carbon dosage,and sodium hypochlorite dosage on the treatment efficiency,and studied the changes of membrane flux and feed water pressure under different operation conditions.The results show that the indexes of total phosphorus,COD,ammonia nitrogen,and SS of effluent are within the standard limits ofⅢ-class surface water under the conditions as follows:the PAC dosage of 50 mg·L-1,the powdered activated carbon dosage of 20 mg·L-1,and the sodium hypochlorite dosage of 20 mg·L-1.Meanwhile,the increases of PAC dosage and sodium hypochlorite dosage can significantly improve the membrane flux,but affect the feed water pressure differently,and the increase of powdered activated carbon dosage can accelerate membrane pore blockage and pollution.Under the stable operation of the system for 30 d,the average membrane flux is 373.79 L·m-2·h-1,and the average feed water pressure is 0.05 MPa.
