摘  要:建立了同时测定新疆唇香草总黄酮提取物中3种黄酮类成分(木犀草苷、芦丁、芹菜苷)含量的HPLC法。色谱条件:依利特Hypersil ODS-2(C18)色谱柱(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm),甲醇-0.1%磷酸溶液为流动相进行梯度洗脱,检测波长360 nm,柱温35℃,流速1 mL·min-1。结果表明,木犀草苷、芦丁、芹菜苷质量分别在4.4~44.0μg(R=0.9998)、4.4~44.0μg(R=1.0000)、4.0~80.0μg(R=0.9998)内与峰面积线性关系良好,平均加标回收率分别为99.99%、99.12%、99.74%,RSD分别为1.72%、2.07%、2.41%。该方法简便、快速、准确、可靠、重现性好,可用于唇香草总黄酮提取物的质量评价与控制。We established an HPLC method for simultaneous determination of the contents of three flavonoids(cynaroside,rutin,and apiin)in the total flavonoid extracts of Ziziphora clinopodioides Lam.from Xinjiang.The chromatographic conditions are determined as follows:using Elite Hypersil ODS-2(C18)column(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm),gradient elution with methanol-0.1%phosphoric acid solution as a mobile phase,the detection wavelength of 360 nm,the column temperature of 35℃,and the flow rate of 1 mL·min-1.The results show that the masses of cynaroside,rutin,and apiin have a good linear relationship with the peak areas within the range of 4.4-44.0μg(R=0.9998),4.4-44.0μg(R=1.0000),and 4.0-80.0μg(R=0.9998),respectively.Moreover,the average recoveries are 99.99%,99.12%and 99.74%,and the RSDs are 1.72%,2.07%,and 2.41%,respectively.The method is simple,rapid,accurate,reliable,and repeatable,which can be used for the quality evaluation and control of total flavonoid extract of Ziziphora clinopodioides Lam..
