摘　　要：截至2019年7月,中国有在建的大平轧铝产品项目14个,其中板带项目8个,铝箔项目6个;板带总生产能力3480kt/a,箔材总生产能力633kt/a,这仅是我们统计到的,如果加上未统计到的与一些小项目的,那么在建的板带生产能力应当不小于3600kt/a,箔材的生产能力应大于700kt/a。中国铝加工业已进入高质量发展期,宜着重发展填平补齐项目,应着重发展高科技项目,而在作者介绍的项目中,有60%以上的生产能力仍然是普通板带箔的。By July 2019,China has had 14 large flat-rolled aluminum products projects under construction,including 8 sheet&strip projects and 6 aluminum foil projects.The total production capacity of the sheet and strip is 3480 kt/a,and the total production capacity of the foil is 633 kt/a.This is only the data collected by the author.If the uncollected ones and some small projects are added,the production capacity of the sheet and strip under construction should be no less than 3600 kt/a,and the production capacity of the foil should be greater than 700 kt/a.Chinas aluminum processing has entered a period of high quality development.Emphasis should be placed on the development of those projects for filling up the gaps replenishing purposes,and on the development of high-tech projects.In the projects described by the author,more than 60%of the production capacity are still those of ordinary sheets,strips and foils.
