摘 要:为了提高铝合金表面的耐磨性能,在A356铝合金表面通过等离子喷涂技术制备了高硅铝涂层,并采用钨极氩弧(TIG)工艺对该涂层进行了重熔处理。使用金相显微镜、XRD、SEM和MM-200磨损试验机等对喷涂层和重熔层的组织和性能进行对比分析测试。结果表明:制备高硅铝涂层可显著提高A356铝合金表面的硬度和耐磨性;而采用TIC重熔工艺对高硅铝涂层进行重熔处理可以有效地减少喷涂层内部的缺陷,使喷涂层和基体之间的结合方式由机械结合变为冶金结合,涂层的硬度和耐磨性也能获得少许提升。In order to improve the wear resistance of aluminum alloy surface,high silicon aluminum coating on A356 aluminum alloy was prepared by plasma spraying and remelted by TIG process.The microstructure and properties of sprayed coating and remelted coating were compared and tested by metallographic microscope,XRD,SEM and MM-200 wear tester.The results show that the surface hardness and wear resistance of A356 aluminum alloy can be significantly improved by high silicon aluminum coating.Thanks to the TIG remelting treatm ent,the defects in the sprayed coating can be effectively decreased,the bonding mode between the sprayed coating and the substrate can be changed from the mechanical bonding to the metallurgical one,moreover,the hardness and wear resistance of the coating can be slightly improved.
