摘  要:光饰是保持架加工中的重要工序,能提高保持架外观质量,去除保持架表面锐边及毛刺。采用现行保持架光饰工艺未能达到预期光饰效果,金属实体保持架光饰后表面改善不明显,尤其外径大于120 mm的铜、铝材质的有色金属保持架,光饰后在倒角等部位常产生磕碰伤。优化光饰工艺分粗光饰和精光饰2个阶段,根据保持架材质、规格选择光饰设备、光饰时间、光饰料,确定单次光饰的装载量。优化后的光饰工艺大幅度提高了保持架表面质量。Polishing is an important process during processing of cages,improving appearance quality of cages and removing sharp edges and burrs on surface of cages.The use of current polishing process for cages is unable to achieve expected polishing effect,the surface improvement of metal solid cages after polishing is unobvious,especially for nonferrous metal cages made of copper and aluminum with outer diameter greater than 120 mm,the bumping damage is often produced at chamfer and other parts after polishing.The optimized polishing process is divided into rough polishing and fine polishing.According to material and size of cages,the equipment,time and material of polishing load capacity of polishing are selected.The optimized polishing process improves surface quality of cages greatly.
