摘 要:介绍了一种圆柱滚子轴承异形冲压保持架,保持架装配时将兜孔两端中间位置压出锁点,锁点进入滚子凹穴且留有间隙。通常锁点是单个兜孔逐个压装,压装时会导致很多问题,因此设计了一个整体压装模具并对其进行了详细说明。新模具分上模具和下模具,压装过程中通过圆周及行程限位,提高了保持架的精度及压装效率。A special shaped stamped cages is introduced for cylindrical roller bearings,the locking point is pressed on middle position at both ends of pocket during assembly of cages.The locking point is pressed into cavity of rollers and a gap is existed.The locking point is often assembled one by one to a single pocket,causing a series of problems.Therefore,an integral pressing mould is designed and explained in detail.The new mould is divided into upper and lower mould.The precision and pressing efficiency are improved through circle and stroke limit during pressing process.
