摘　　要：针对老旧辊底炉热处理设备的温度监测占用人力资源及易出现人为记录错误的问题,利用DTR-1000数传模块、智能显示调节仪和计算机串行通信技术等设计了温度无线监测系统,实现了对生产现场辊底炉热处理设备温度数据的实时无线采集、显示、存储、查询等功能。The temperature monitoring of old roller hearth heat treatment furnace occupies manpower,and wrong artificial record is easily occurred.The temperature wireless monitoring system is designed by utilizing DTR-1000 data transmission module,intelligent display regulator and computer serial communication technology,the real-time wireless acquisition,display,storage,query and other functions are realized for temperature data of roller hearth heat treatment furnace at production field.
