摘 要:采用群体继代选育法,对黑白花兔基础群进行一世代、二世代和三世代3个世代的选育。结果表明:三世代群体平均产仔数和产活仔数分别比零世代提高了3.36%和2.07%;公兔和母兔13周龄体重三世代比零世代分别提高10.84%和11.27%,差异均极显著(P<0.01);公兔13周龄体长、胸围、耳长和耳宽三世代比零世代分别提高1.37%、1.62%、0.71%和2.55%,母兔13周龄体长、胸围、耳长和耳宽三世代比零世代分别提高1.42%、1.82%、1.02%和3.15%;经过3个世代选育,公、母兔13周龄体重变异系数分别从15.91%和14.87%下降到13.37%和13.59%,三世代公、母兔13周龄体长、胸围、耳长和耳宽的变异系数均小于8%,群体趋于整齐一致;各世代公、母兔10周龄、13周龄性别间体重差异均不显著(P>0.05)。The fundamental group of Black-white rabbits was bred for three generations by successive breeding.The results showed that compared with the beginning generation group of the rabbits, the average number of newborn rabbits and newborn alive rabbits in the third generation group increased by 3.36% and 2.07%, respectively;the weight of the 13-week-old male and female rabbits of the third generation group increased by 10.84% and 11.27, respectively, and these differences were very significant(P<0.01);and the body length, chest girth, and ear length and width of the 13-week-old rabbits of the third generation group increased by 1.37%, 1.62%, 0.71%, 2.55%, respectively for the males and 1.42%, 1.82%, 1.02% 3.15%, respectively, for the females.After three generations of selective breeding, the weight variation coefficients of the 13-week-old male and female black-white rabbits decreased from 15.91% and 14.87% to 13.37% and 13.59%, respectively.The variation coefficients of their body length, chest girth, ear length and width were lower than 8%.These traits tend to be even and stable between individual rabbits.However, there were no significant sexual differences in the body weight of the 10-week-old and 13-week-old rabbits in each generation group(P>0.05).
