摘 要:采用粉末冶金技术与铸造技术相结合的方法,成功制备了原位合成的碳化钨颗粒定位增强高铬铸铁基复合材料,应用金相显微镜、XRD、EDS、SEM等研究了复合材料的组织、界面及抗三体磨损性能。研究结果表明:复合材料由WC颗粒、M7C3碳化物、马氏体及残余奥氏体组成,采用原位生成的碳化钨粒径为1~3μm,体积分数可达60%,碳化钨与基体的界面结合情况良好,复合材料的抗磨损性能是高铬铸铁的1.74倍。In this study,tungsten carbide particles reinforced high chromium cast iron composite was successfully prepared by the combination of powder metallurgy technique with casting method.The microstructure,interface binding and anti-three-body wear properties of the composite were studied by metallographic microscope,XRD,EDS and SEM.The results show that the microstructure of the composite consists of WC particles,M7C3 carbide,martensite and residual austenite,among which the size of tungsten carbide particles produced by in-situ synthesis is 1-3μm and the volume fraction can reach 60%.Moreover,the interface bonding between tungsten carbide particles and matrix is in good condition.Therefore,the composite material has better wear resistance than chromium cast iron,with an increase of 1.74 times.
