摘　　要：为了解人工智能赋能背景下档案管理工作的基本现状和存在问题,发挥人工智能技术对档案管理工作的积极影响,文章采用比较研究法,分别从档案管理理论创新、档案管理实践创新、档案管理人员角色转变三个方面,分析人工智能赋能背景下我国和澳大利亚、美国等国在档案管理工作中存在的异同,总结国外利用人工智能赋能档案管理工作的一些经验,为我国档案管理工作应用人工智能提供借鉴。In order to understand the basic situation and existing problems of archives management under the background of artificial intelligence enabling,the positive influence of artificial intelligence technology on archives management is brought into play.This paper uses comparative research method to analyze the similarities and differences between China and Australia,the United States and other countries in the archives management work under the background of AI empowerment from three aspects:the innovation of archives management theory,the innovation of archives management practice and the change of the role of archives managers.It also summarizes some experiences of foreign countries in using AI to empower archives management work and provides reference for the application of AI in archives management work in China.
