摘  要:试验旨在评估厨余发酵产物(fermentation products of kitchen waste,FPKW)对鲫鱼肝脏、肠和肾脏显微结构的影响。在饲料中分别添加0%、3%、6%、9%、12%、15%和30%FPKW饲喂初始体重为(7.4±0.21)g“中科3号”异育银鲫60 d。结果表明:①0%、3%~12%FPKW组鲫鱼整个肝细胞轮廓清晰、结构完整;而15%和30%FPKW组鲫鱼肝细胞肿胀、透明空泡化,细胞核出现偏离、萎缩,胞浆中充满脂肪滴;②与对照组相比,3%~15%FPKW组鲫鱼肠绒毛数量及高度呈现递增趋势,肌层厚度则呈现降低;当FPKW添加30%时,肠绒毛肌层厚度[(71.05±4.91)μm]显著高于对照组(P<0.05),肠绒毛高度[(229.98±44.03)μm]及数量(16.75±0.5)虽与对照组无显著差异(P>0.05),但中肠上皮组织中的细胞核增多且排列混乱,肠绒毛中的杯状细胞显著增多;③对照组及3%~12%FPKW组鲫鱼肾小管结构完整,无明显病理病灶,而在15%和30%FPKW组鲫鱼肾脏出现明显的炎性细胞浸润,组织纤维化等病理特征。综上各器官显微结构表明,当饲料中FPKW添加量不高于12%时,对异育鲫鱼肝脏、肠和肾脏的显微结构均无不良影响。This experiment was designed to evaluate the effects of fermentation products of kitchen waste(FPKW)on the liver,intestine and kidney microstructure of allogynogenetic gibel carp'CASⅢ'.0%,3%,6%,9%,12%,15%and 30%FPKW were added to the diet to feed the initial body weight of(7.4±0.21)g gibel carp for 60 days.The result showed that:①the liver cell structure of the control and 3%~12%FPKW groups were obvious and undamaged;however,in 15%and 30%FPKW groups,the hepatocytes were swell and transparent vacuolization,the hepatic cell nucleus of gibel carp was deviated and atrophic,and the hepatocyte cytoplasm was filled with fat droplets.②Compared with the control group,the number and height of intestinal villi of gibel carp in the 3%~15%FPKW group showed an increase tendency,while the thickness of muscular layer showed a decrease tendency.The thickness of intestinal villi muscle layer in 30%FPKW group were(71.05±4.9)μm,which is significantly(P<0.05)higher than that in control group.Compared with the control group,the height(229.98±44.03)μm and number(16.75±0.5)of intestinal villi in the 30%FPKW group were not significant(P>0.05).However,in the 30%FPKW group,the epithelial nuclei of midgut tissue were increased and disordered,the goblet cells of intestinal villus were significantly increased.③The renal tubules in the glomeruli of the control and 3%~12%FPKW groups were intact and had no obvious pathological lesion characteristics.However,the kidney of gibel carp in 15%and 30%FPKW groups had pathological characteristics such as inflammatory cell infiltration and tissue fibrosis.The result indicated that there was no significant effect on the microstructure of liver,intestinal tract and kidney tissues of gibel carp when the dietary supplementation of FPKW was less than 12%.
