摘  要:目的从寒热错杂角度分析顽固性皮肤病临床治疗经验。方法通过列举从寒热错杂角度论治湿疹、痤疮、银屑病医案三则,从理论上分析顽固性皮肤病存在寒热错杂机理,论述顽固性皮肤病的病机及用药原则。结果总结从寒热错杂论治顽固性皮肤病临床治疗经验,提出临床中应注重顽固性皮肤病的寒热错杂病机,并从寒热错杂角度进行论治,论治时要注意体质因素对疾病的影响;注意病位、病性不同;注意辨病与辨证相结合、中医药理和西药药理相结合、整体和局部相结合、治疗和调养相结合;注意风邪、湿邪兼夹的问题。结论治疗顽固性皮肤病时,要注重从寒热错杂角度进行论治,针对病机全方位综合考虑,方能取得较好的临床疗效。Objective To analyze the treatment of obstinate skin diseases based on miscellaneous heat and cold syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).Methods Three cases of eczema,hemorrhoids and psoriasis were expounded in this study.Pathogenesis and medication principles of these refractory skin diseases were analyzed using the TCM theory of miscellaneous heat and cold syndrome.Results According to the TCM theory in clinical practice,treatment of refractory skin diseases should consider physical constitution,site and property of lesions,the coordination between disease differentiation and syndrome differentiation,the combination of TCM and western medicine,the combination of whole body and local treatment,the combination of treatment and rehabilitation,and the concurrent symptoms induced by wind-and damp-pathogen.Conclusion Obstinate skin diseases should be treated with comprehensive treatment based on miscellaneous cold and heat of TCM.
