摘　　要：肖延龄教授在治疗心病过程中突出脾胃地位,强调气机升降,重视标本缓急,强调饮食禁忌,顾护脾胃,预防心病复发。通过调理脾胃法治疗心病正是体现了中医治疗疾病的整体观念,辨证论治,以及治病求本的特点。本文对肖延龄教授辨证论治心病的临床思路及经验作一总结,为中医临床实践提供参考。Professor Xiao Yanling highlighted the roles of spleen and stomach in treatment of heart diseases.He emphasized on Qi movement and the coordination between superficial manifestations and root cause of disease,suggesting that appropriate measures should be performed in patients with heart diseases to prevent relapse.Treatment of heart diseases by regulating spleen and stomach reflects the wholism concept and the differentiation of syndromes in traditional Chinese medicine.This paper summarized Professor Xiao Yanling’s clinical thoughts and experience in treatment of heart diseases based on syndrome differentiation from several aspects,so as to provide reference for the clinical practice of traditional Chinese medicine.
