摘  要:血吸虫性肝纤维化是一种由血吸虫虫卵在肝脏中沉积引起的慢性免疫性疾病。因其感染症状的非特异性,常易被忽视而导致发生肝脾肿大、肉芽肿、门静脉高压和肝纤维化。临床上主要是通过药物吡喹酮杀死成虫,尚无有效针对肝纤维化的防治策略。研究发现,巨噬细胞极化在血吸虫性肝纤维化发展进程中发挥着重要作用,但其机制尚不明晰。本文通过综述巨噬细胞在肝纤维化中的研究进展,为血吸虫性肝纤维化的机制研究提供新的思路和方向。Schistosomiasis hepatic fibrosis,a chronic immune disease,is caused by the deposition of Schistosoma eggs in the liver.Once schistosomiasis develops,it is often neglected because of the non-specificity of the initial symptoms of infection.Thus schistosomiasis readily leads to hepatosplenomegaly,ascites,granulomas,portal hypertension,and liver fibrosis.At present,praziquantel is the main drug used to kill mature parasites in clinical settings,but effective strategies to prevent granulomas and liver fibrosis are still lacking.Several studies have found that macrophage polarization plays an important role in the development of liver fibrosis after schistosomiasis,but the mechanism is still unclear.Thus,this article reviews advances in the study of macrophages in liver fibrosis in order to provide new insight and directions for study of the mechanism of liver fibrosis in schistosomiasis.
