摘 要:研究了动态硫化交联对尼龙6/氯化再生橡胶(PA6/CRR)合金的物理性能、微观形态的影响。通过研究硫化剂的种类、硫化剂的用量、扭矩的变化以及合金的耐老化性能,得出了较为合适的硫化体系即硫磺(S)硫化体系,且S的用量为2.0份时,合金具有较佳的物理性能,较为完善的交联网络,合金的耐老化性能较佳,满足实际的生产加工的需求。In this paper, the effect of dynamic vulcanization crosslinking on the physical properties and micro morphology of Nylon 6(PA6)/chlorinated reclaimed rubber(CRR) alloy were studied. The variety of curing agent, the amount of curing agent, the change of torque value and the aging resistance of the alloy were studied in detail. The most suitable curing system was sulfur(S) curing system. When the amount of S is 2.0 phr, the alloy has better physical properties, crosslinking network, and the aging of resistance, which could meet the actual production and processing needs.
