摘  要:运用耗散粒子动力学(DPD)方法模拟了PP/PA66共混体系,分析相容剂的添加量对共混体系性能参数的影响。仿真结果表明:加入相容剂将会增大共混体系的接触面积,引起界面结合力的进一步提高。当相容剂含量较低时可以对PP与PA66起到阻隔作用,引起接触面积的减小,并获得更大的界面厚度,由此提高界面的黏结作用力,使体系的相容性获得明显改善。加入少量PP-b-PA66便能够降低界面张力,使混合物达到更优的相容性,而当相容剂含量过高时则会提高界面张力,导致反相容的效果。随着PP-b-PA66加入量的增加,PP10与PA6610形成了更大的密度曲线峰,界面处发生了聚集。The PP/PA66 blending system was simulated by dissipative particle dynamics(DPD) method, and the influence of compatibilizer on the performance parameters of the blend was analyzed. The simulation results show that the addition of compatibilizer will increase the contact surface area of the blending system and cause the further improvement of the phase interface adhesion. When the compatibility agent content is low, it can act as a barrier between PP and PA66, reduce the contact area, and obtain a larger interface thickness, so as to improve the bonding force of the interface and improve the compatibility of the system obvously. Adding a small amount of PP-bPA66 can reduce the interfacial tension and make the mixture achieve better compatibility, while when the compatibility agent content is too high, it will increase the interfacial tension and lead to the effect of anticompatibility. With the increase of PP-b-PA66 addition amount, PP10 and PA6610 form a larger density curve peak, and aggregation occurs at the phase interface.
