摘　　要：针对某企业废热锅炉的挠性管板结构,利用ANSYS有限元分析软件,建立了热分析和结构分析的有限元模型,分析了挠性管板的温度场及应力场分布,并进行了安全评定。验证了挠性管板结构的可靠性,为有限元法在类似产品设计过程中的应用提供了依据。In this paper,a finite element model of thermal analysis and structure analysis is established for the flexible tubesheet structure of the waste heat boiler in an enterprise.The temperature field and stress field of the tubesheet are analyzed and stress evaluation is carried out.The reliability of flexible tubesheet structure is verified,which provides a basis for the application of finite element method in similar product design.
