摘 要:[目的]解决竹根姜土传病害,提高竹根姜产量和品质,促进竹根姜产业可持续发展。[方法]以本地竹根姜为供试品种,在达州市经济作物示范基地进行枯草芽孢杆菌处理防治病害的田间试验,分析枯草芽孢杆菌对竹根姜生长及病害的影响。[结果]施用枯草芽孢杆菌菌肥可使病害发生率显著降低,较未处理区降低8.0%;施用枯草芽孢杆菌菌肥产量提高25%,经济效益提高71.6%。[结论]枯草芽孢杆菌可用于竹根姜病害防治。[Objectve]To solve the soil-borne diseases of bamboo root ginger,improve the yield and quality of bamboo root ginger,and promote the sustainable development of bamboo root ginger.[Method]The local bamboo root ginger was used as the test variety.The field experiment of Bacillus subtilis treatment for disease control was carried out in Dazhou cash crop demonstration base.The effects of Bacillus subtilis on growth and disease of bamboo root ginger were analyzed.[Result]The application of Bacillus subtilis could significantly reduce the incidence of disease,which was 8.0%lower than that of untreated area(CK),and the application of Bacillus subtilis could increase the yield by 25%and the economic benefit by 71.6%.[Conclusion]Bacillus subtilis can be used to control the disease of bamboo root ginger.
