农户参与耕地生态补偿意愿的影响因素分析——以湖南省为例

摘　　要：基于农户调查数据,构建Logistic回归模型,分析了湖南省农户参与耕地生态补偿的意愿。结果表明,务农劳动力比例、土地面积、农地流转率和劳力价格等因素对农户参与耕地生态补偿的决策有显著影响。因此,应针对不同类型农户,不同区域制定有针对性的耕地生态补偿制度和耕地生态补偿标准;稳定土地产权,促进土地规模经营,使耕地生态补偿有效实施;协调和衔接不同土地政策的实施,保障耕地质量的同时完善土地市场。Based on the survey data of rural households,this study constructed a Logistic regression model to analyze the intention of rural households in Hunan Province to participate in the ecological compensation of cultivated land.The results showed that factors such as the proportion of agricultural labor force,land area,farmland transfer rate and labor price have a significant impact on rural households’decision of participation in cultivated land ecological compensation.Therefore,the cultivated land ecological compensation system and the cultivated land ecological compensation standard should be formulated according to different types of rural households and different regions.Land property rights should be stabilized,large-scale land management should be promoted,and effectively implement ecological compensation for cultivated land.The implementation of different land policies should be coordinated and linked up,and improve the land market while ensuring the quality of cultivated land.
