温肺平喘法治疗支气管哮喘发作期冷哮证临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察温肺平喘法治疗支气管哮喘发作期冷哮证的临床疗效。方法患者150例随机分为两组各75例,中药组采用温肺平喘法治疗,西药组给予多索茶碱片治疗,必要时用沙丁胺醇气雾剂,疗程均为7 d。观察比较两组临床效果、治疗前后单项中医证候积分以及肺功能(FEV1%、FVC%、FEV1/FVC)指标。结果中药组总有效率为92.00%,显著高于西药组的80.00%(P<0.05)。两组喘息、咳嗽、胸闷气短、咯痰、喉中哮鸣音症状的单项积分均较治疗前改善(P<0.05),中药组改善更为显著(P<0.05)。治疗后两组的肺功能指标FEV1%、FVC%、FEV1/FVC均有所提高(P<0.05);中药组改善更为显著(P<0.05)。结论温肺平喘法治疗支气管哮喘发作期冷哮证疗效显著,能够改善支气管哮喘发作期冷哮证的临床症状,降低再次复发率,无明显不良反应。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Wenfei Pingchuan method on cold stagnation syndrome in bronchial asthma attack.Methods:150 patients were randomly divided into two groups.75 patients in the treatment group were treated with Wenfei Pingchuan method,and the control group was treated with Doxofylline Tablets.7 days was a treatment course.The clinical effects,individual TCM syndrome scores and lung function(FEV%,FVC%,FEV1/FVC)were detected before and after treatment.Results:1)In the treatment group,the total effective rate was 92.00%.In the control group,the total effective rate was 80.00%.The total effective rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).2)In single TCM syndrome integral comparison of 2 groups,including wheezing,coughing,chest stuffy,sputum cough and wheezing in the throat,were all improved after the treatment.The improvement of TCM syndromes of bronchial asthma(cold syndrome)was good in both groups,while the treatment group was better than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparison between the two groups after treatment showed that the traditional Chinese medicine group was superior to the western medicine group,with statistical differences(P<0.05).3)After treatment,the lung function indexes of both groups were improved.The improvements of FEV1%,FVC%and FEV1/FVC in the treatment group were better than those in the control group,with statistical differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Wenfei Pingchuan method is effective on the cold syndrome of bronchial asthma attack,which can improve its clinical symptoms,reduce the recurrence rate,without obvious adverse reactions.
