摘  要:为了对分离式墙体中混凝土性能的试验研究,根据现场混凝土湿筛分工艺制备了基准混凝土,外部保护层混凝土和二次混合混凝土。研究各种混凝土拌合物中浆骨比、砂石比以及粗骨料分离率与各混凝土的工作性能、力学性能之间的关系,以及抗压强度与轴心抗压、劈裂抗拉之间的联系。研究结果显示:随着浆骨比的增大,混凝土的流动性逐渐提高。与基准混凝土相比,二次混合混凝土的抗压强度、弹性模量较高,且轴压比普遍略高。随着骨料比值的降低,拉-压比值有所下降。通过对各混凝土的力学性能的分析,更好地为分离式墙体中混凝土的施工提供相应参考。In order to study the performance of concrete in separated wall,benchmark concrete,fine stone concrete with external protective layer and secondary mixed concrete were prepared according to the wet screening technology of concrete in site.The relationship between the slurry-aggregate ratio,sand-aggregate ratio and coarse aggregate separation ratio in various concrete mixtures and the working performance and mechanical properties of concrete,as well as the theoretical relationship between compressive strength and axial compression,splitting tension and elastic modulus were studied.With the increase of the ratio of mortar to bone,the fluidity of concrete increases gradually.Compared with reference concrete,secondary concrete has higher compressive strength,elastic modulus and axial compression ratio.The tension-compression ratio decreased with the decrease of the aggregate ratio.Through the analysis of the mechanical properties of each concrete,it can provide a better reference for the construction of concrete in the separated wall.
