摘  要:目的建立芪箭颗粒高效液相色谱指纹图谱,为完善其质量控制提供参考。方法色谱柱为Agilent Eclipse Plus C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.2%磷酸水溶液,梯度洗脱,流速为0.6 mL·min^-1,检测波长254 nm,柱温30℃,进样量10μL。以毛蕊异黄酮葡萄糖苷为参照,测定10批样品的HPLC图谱,采用《中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统》(2012版)进行相似度评价,确定共有峰。结果10批芪箭颗粒HPLC指纹图谱有25个共有峰,相似度均>0.98。结论所建立的芪箭颗粒指纹图谱特征性强,可以作为芪箭颗粒质量控制手段之一。Objective To establish HPLC fingerprints for Qijian granules to provide reference for their quality control.Methods Agilent Eclipse Plus C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)column was used.The mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.2%phosphoric acid(gradient elution)at the flow rate of 0.6 mL·min^-1.The detection wavelength was 254 nm,and the column temperature was 30℃.The sample volumn was 10μL with calycosin glycoside as the control,HPLC chromatograms of 10 batches of samples were determined.The similarity was evaluated with TCM Chromatogram Fingerprint Similarity Evaluation System(2012 version)to determine the common peaks.Results There were 25 common peaks in the HPLC fingerprints of the 10 batches of samples,with the similarities>0.98.Conclusion The fingerprints show strong characteristics and can be used for the quality control of Qijian granules.
