摘 要:目的通过研究制备前检测待制备全血的血小板计数,选择性制备浓缩血小板(platelet concentrates,PC),探讨提升制备PC效率的方法。方法采集124例健康献血者全血400 ml,采用白膜法分离制备PC。随机分为2组,每组62例。对照组:新鲜采集的全血在6 h之内直接分离制备PC;实验组:新鲜采集的全血在6 h之内先进行血小板计数,剔除计数<130×10^9/L的全血之后进行PC的分离制备。检测PC的血小板计数、红细胞混入量与p H值。结果实验组制备的PC的血小板计数高于对照组,二者差异有统计学意义(t=2. 330 8,P <0. 05)。结论在制备前检测待制备全血的血小板计数,选择血小板计数≥130×10^9/L的全血制备能够显著提高PC计数合格率,提升PC的制备效率。Objective To explore the method of improving the efficiency of platelet concentration by selective preparation of platelet concentration after whole blood routine test. Methods A total of 400 ml whole blood were collected from 124 healthy donors and the platelets preparation and concentration were applied by buffy coat method. Two groups were randomly divided,with 62 cases in each group. Platelets preparation and concentration from whole blood were directly finished in 6 hours in the control group and fresh whole blood collected within 6 hours should be count platelets by blood routine test in the experimental group to remove the low enrichment blood of platelets( < 130 × 10^9/L),then to prepare and concentrate platelets products.Platelet count,red blood cells and p H were detected in the concentrated platelets products. Results The platelet count of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group. The difference between them was of statistically significant( t =2. 330 8,P < 0. 05). Conclusion The selective preparation with platelet counting( ≥130 × 10^9/L) of whole blood can significantly improve the ratio of qualified platelet concentration products and promote the preparation efficiency of concentrated platelet products.
