摘  要:研究了在高压静电场之后交替设置具有两个相反电性的大孔无规过滤模块的新型除尘技术,研究发现:高压静电场之后分别设置正、负电性的金属材质过滤模块可以有效去除气流中的微细颗粒,模块的过滤压降很低且容易拆卸再生,非常适合去除粘性油滴和粒径微小的粉尘颗粒。研究还发现,经过高压静电场之后的粉尘颗粒凝并效应显著,因此可以省去高压静电场之后与电晕极电性相反的收尘模块,取代之以一层初效过滤网便可以达到良好的收尘效果。该技术方案有望在室内空气净化和含尘(雾)气体预处理方面获得实际应用。A new dust removal technique in which 2 irregular macro-porous filtration units with opposite electricity were set downstream of the electrostatic precipitator was investigated. It was revealed by the results that setting positively and negatively charged metal filtration units downstream of electrostatic precipitator could give rise to very good capturing ability upon the fine dust in the air flow. The metal filtration units shown very low air-flow resistance and could be removed and regenerated easily which made it a very promising method to removal the sticky oil drop or fine particles in the air. It was also illustrated by the results that particles undergo obvious coagulation after the treatment of electrostatic precipitator,as a result,the metal filtration unit charged with the opposite electricity to that of the corona of the electrostatic precipitator could be replaced with a layer of pre-filter. This new technique was expected to find application in in-door air cleaning and dust/smog-containing air purification.
