星载EPC高压变压器分布电容计算

摘　　要：随着开关电源工作频率提高,变压器分布参数的影响也逐渐显著。文章以静电场理论出发,用场路结合的方法,通过有限元分析软件Ansys Maxwell对星载行波管放大器EPC高压变压器内部电场进行了数值计算,以此为基础,处理得到高压变压器分布电容参数,给出了相应的等效电路模型,为系统电路仿真提供数据支撑。with the of switching frequency,the distributed paramters,such as distributed capacitance,leakage inductance,of the high-voltage transformer,is playing a more important part.Based on electrostatic field theory,this paper calculates the filed distribution of a practicle spaceborne TWT’s HV transformer,after that,the distributed capacitance parameter is analyzed and then the equivalent circuit model is given.The job can provide data support for system circuit simulation.
