摘　　要：针对济源市医疗废物处置与监管面临的问题,对云服务与web应用相关技术进行研究,以医疗固体废物系统为研究对象,设计了基于云服务的济源市医疗废物处置监管系统,构建了医疗废物处理业务流程框架,对医疗废物处置系统管理端与用户端功能进行了设计实现。该系统基本能满足济源市医疗固体废物处理监管的需要,可满足医疗固体废物处置过程的无纸化、透明化和可追溯化要求,具有一定的应用推广价值。In response to the problems related to the disposal and supervision of medical waste in Jiyuan City,the related technologies of cloud service and web application are studied.Taking solid medical waste system as the research object,the supervision system of medical waste disposal in Jiyuan City based on cloud service was designed and the medical waste treatment business process framework was constructed for the designing and implementation of the management and user functions of the medical waste disposal system.As the system can basically meet the needs of the supervision of medical solid waste treatment in Jiyuan City,and the paperless,transparent and traceable requirements of the medical solid waste disposal process,it has certain application and promotion value.
