摘　　要："信息瘟疫"是指不实和虚假信息在特定情境下与真实信息相混染的海量传播,具有内容不辨真伪、事实不明真相、传播不问源头、舆论不分善恶、契合受众需要等传播特征。针对其造成的社会危害,需要从让公众知情、知查、知因、知理等方面加以防控。"Information plague" is a mass dissemination of false and fake information mixed with true and real information in a specific situation.More often than not,the information is not distinguished from real to fake.The truth is unknown.The information source is not checked.The public opinion cannot tell good from evil and the information always caters to the audiences’ needs.In view of the social harm caused by "information plague",we need to prevent and control it by helping the public learn about the truth,verify the information source,understand the cause of crisis,and understand the rationale behind it.
