微量泵静脉注射乌拉地尔用于老年高血压急症治疗的效果及作用机制探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨老年高血压急症实施微量泵静脉注射乌拉地尔治疗的效果及作用机制。方法选取2018年1月至2019年3月本院内科收治的80例老年高血压急症患者,采用计算机随机数表法分为乌拉地尔组(n=40,微量泵静脉注射乌拉地尔)和尼卡地平组(n=40,微量泵静脉注射尼卡地平),分析两组患者血压、疗效及用药安全性。结果乌拉地尔组用药10 min、30 min、60 min后舒张压及收缩压、用药不良反应发生率显著低于尼卡地平组(P<0.05)。乌拉地尔组总有效率与尼卡地平组对比差异无统计学意义。结论老年高血压急症实施微量泵静脉注射乌拉地尔治疗疗效与尼卡地平相当,但降压更快,安全性更高。Objective To investigate the effect and mechanism of intravenous micropump urapidil in elderly hypertensive emergencies.Methods 80 elderly patients with hypertension emergencies from January 2018 to March 2019 were divided into two groups by computer random number table: urapidil group(n=40,micropump intravenous injection of Urapidil),nicardipine group(n=40,micropump intravenous injection of nicardipine),and blood pressure,efficacy and drug safety were analyzed between two groups.Results The incidence of diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure and adverse drug reactions in urapidil group was significantly lower than that in nicardipine group after 10 minutes,30 minutes and 60 minutes(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in total effective rate between urapidil group and nicardipine group.Conclusion Micropump intravenous urapidil is as effective as nicardipine in the treatment of elderly hypertensive emergencies,but it has faster hypotension and higher safety.
