摘 要:为从源头保证航天器的质量与可靠性,制定了航天器系统设计的质量管理工作目标,结合航天器系统设计程序绘制了质量管理工作程序图。质量管理工作程序由设计输入确认、设计策划与确认、各级产品规范和接口设计与确认、单机和分系统设计分析与确认、系统级设计分析与确认5大阶段构成,按照工作程序阐述了设计全过程质量管理工作,明确了技术风险分析与控制、技术状态管理、专项设计分析与详细设计评审等关注重点与实践经验。To guarantee the quality and reliability of spacecraft from beginning,the object of quality management for spacecraft system design is established,a working flow chart is proposed based on the spacecraft system design program.The working flow of quality management is divided into five phases:confirmation for system design inputs;confirmation for design planning;confirmation for design of specifications and interfaces across all products hierarchy;confirmation for design and analysis of products and subsystems;confirmation for design and analysis of the system.Whole process works are systematically explained according to this program.The specific concerns and practice experience are explained,such as technical risk analysis and control,configuration control,design and analysis of special subject,and detailed design review.
