摘　　要：针对产品研制中软件外包情况,对当前研制过程管理存在的问题及影响进行了详细分析,结合GJB 5000A—2008《军用软件研制能力成熟度模型》中供方协议管理过程域的思想和内容,提出了一些措施和建议,为后续加强软件外包过程管控、保证外包软件研制进度、提升外包软件质量提供了参考。To address the situations of software outsourcing in the product development,this study extensively analyzes the existing problems and influences of the current development process management.According to the thoughts and contents of the process area of supplier agreement management in capability maturity model for military software development(GJB 5000A-2008),we propose some measures and suggestions.These suggestions provide a good basis for further strengthening the management and control of software outsourcing process,ensuring the progress of outsourcing software development and improving the quality of outsourced software.
