摘  要:针对检修、事故等不确定性运行方式变化造成的关键断面识别问题,提出一种基于改进Laplace矩阵和概率潮流介数的关键断面识别方法。该方法考虑了电网中潮流的方向性,将其等效为用改进Laplace矩阵表示的有向网络,并在概率输电介数计算时考虑了具有不确定性的检修、故障造成的电网运行方式改变对关键断面选择的影响;最后以某电网发生故障时的运行方式为例,阐述关键断面的选择过程。3个不同算例仿真的结果证明:当电网非正常运行方式发生时,对电网进行合理分区并重点关注子区域之间联络线上的平均负载率有助于关键断面的筛选;所述方法在运算时间、迭代次数和准确度3个方面均优于现有方法,且当电网规模增大时仍具有运算时间和准确度方面的优势。Aiming at the problem of key section recognition caused by changes of uncertain operation modes such as maintenance and accident, this paper proposes a key section recognition method based on improved Laplace matrix and probabilistic power flow betweenness. The method takes into account the directionality of the power flow in the power grid and equates it to a directed network represented by an improved Laplace matrix. In the calculation of probability transmission betweenness, the influence of the change of the grid operation mode caused by the overhaul and the fault on the key section selection is considered. Finally, taking the operation mode of a regional power grid failure as an example, the selection process of the key section is described. The simulation results show that when the abnormal operation mode of the power grid occurs, reasonable division of the power grid and the attention to the average load rate on the tie line between the sub-areas can help the screening of key sections. The comparison results show that the method is superior to the traditional ones in terms of operation time, number of iterations and accuracy, and it has the advantages of computation time and accuracy when the grid scale is large.
