摘 要:针对柔性直流输电用直流电子式电流互感器(electronic current transformer, ECT)的高频特性测试存在缺失及测试设备难以满足现状的问题,研制宽频连续可调大功率高频电流源装置,设计直流ECT高频特性测试方案,完成直流ECT高频响应测试等验证试验。试验结果表明:所研制的测试电流源装置可支持高频电流的稳定输出,输出电流幅值与频率设置灵活简单,能很好支撑柔性直流输电用直流ECT的高频特性测试,而基于该测试电流源设计的高频特性测试方案可在较宽较高的频域内,较为准确地对直流ECT的高频率特性进行测试,解决直流ECT高频特性难以准确评价的难题。In order to test the high-frequency characteristic of electronic current transformers(ECT) applied in voltage source converter-high voltage direct current(VSC-HVDC) system and solve the problem that the test equipment is difficult to meet the current situation, a wide-frequency continuously adjustable high-power high-frequency current source device is designed. Besides, this paper proposes a high-frequency characteristic test scheme for ECT and conducts a series of high-frequency response evaluation based on this scheme. The test results show that the designed test current source device can output stable high-frequency current, and the output current amplitude and frequency setting are flexible and simple, which can support the high-frequency characteristic test of the ECT well in VSC-HVDC. The test scheme based on the test current source can accurately test the high-frequency characteristics of the ECT in a wider and higher frequency domain, which provides the possibility to accurately evaluate the high frequency characteristics of ECT applied in VSC-HVDC.
