摘  要:本文从动压油膜的润滑机理出发,根据向家坝电站水轮发电机组推力轴承的实际结构型式,利用电涡流法开展了水电机组推力轴承油膜厚度的实时监测,此方法无需拆卸推力瓦,具有无损、方便、快捷等特点。试运行监测数据显示,推力瓦进油边油膜厚度为140~205μm,出油边为17~78μm,油膜厚度变化总体稳定,机组无异常波动。该结果与试验台测试结论相一致,验证了监测系统的可靠性,可有效提高电站机组推力轴承的运行安全水平。Formation mechanism of dynamic-pressure oil film is firstly introduced in this paper.Research and practice of real-time monitoring for oil film thickness of thrust bearing are carried out based on the actual structural type of trust bearing in Xiangjiaba hydropower plant with eddy-current method.This measuring method is practical,convenient and the installation work doesn’t need to disassemble the thrusting pad.The monitoring data during trial run has shown that oil film thickness at oil inlet side is 140~205μm,and oil outlet is 17~78μm.The variation of oil thickness is stable with no abnormality.This result is compliant with the test results in laboratory and proves the reliability of the monitoring device which can improve the operation safety of thrust bearing.
