摘　　要：可变速水泵水轮机具有水泵工况功率可调节,水轮机工况运行效率及稳定性高等优点。水泵工况选型直接影响其功率调节能力、机组转速变幅等参数,因此本文首先给出了国外已运行可变速水泵水轮机的选型参数及其水泵扬程-入力关系特性,其次分析了可变速水泵水轮机的选型特点,最后针对海蓄项目目标海岛电站给出其可变速水泵水轮机的选型方案及各方案的对比分析。The variable speed pump-turbine has the advantages of adjustable power of the pump operating condition,high operating efficiency and stability of the turbine operating condition.The selection of pump conditions directly affects the parameters such as the power regulation capability and the unit’s speed variation.Therefore,the paper firstly shows the selection parameters and the pump’s head-input relationship characteristics about the variable speed pump-turbines of foreign countries,secondly,analyze the selection characteristics of the variable speed pump-turbine.Finally,for the island power station of the seawater pumped storage project,shows the selection case of the variable speed pump-turbine and the comparison analysis.
